Rusted Route Farms proudly introduces Jennifer Steinberg, our Event Coordinator.  Jennifer is here for our clients as part of our central mission as a venue-to provide exceptional service and attention to detail ensuring events are everything you have dreamed of, and more. Have you ever stopped to think who would pick up your guests’ plates after they are finished? Who will make the last-minute run to the store when you can’t find the safety pins you know you carefully packed? Who is going to actually cut the cake, serve it, clean it up and package it to take with you?  What about the spill in the aisle as the wedding party is introduced and your hilarious groomsman decides to breakdance while drinking?  And where exactly are the champagne flutes for the toast?  Or was the toast forgotten all together?!

At Rusted Route Farms, you will never need to think about these details.  Your monogramed napkins have been placed in advance, your extra supplies on hand, staff waiting to execute every detail and our event director gently following your careful timeline.  Our venue is built on the model that we believe our clients should be mentally free to enjoy their exciting day, as well I dare say, their family and friends!  Aunt Martha can relax for once as the centerpieces

Wedding Packages

Package 1:  $6,000

  • Grounds and amenities for an entire Saturday (8am-midnight)
  • Tables and chairs for up to 300 guests, 8 bar tables, 6 banquet tables, full length white table clothes for all tables including bar and banquet tables. Cloth napkins for up to 300 guests, 3 vintage carts for gift table and cake table.  3 rustic moveable bars, 3 large oak wedding party tables and your very own wedding coordinator.
  • 110-year-old remodeled Farmhouse Bridal Suite for your day with 3000 square feet of timeless beauty.
  • Main room of the Market for your Grooms Quarters.
  • Sunroom and Deck off Market for use between ceremony and reception for cocktail hour.
  • White drapes on barn posts, the front doors and the back wall.
  • Optional Ceiling drapes can be added for an additional $500.

Package 2:  $7,000

All of the above in package 1 with the addition of the Farmhouse on Friday evening for the bride and bridesmaids overnight stay.  Saturday night, the Farmhouse is provided for the Bride and Grooms first night.  Use of the commercial kitchen and the Market for Friday night (if needed for rehearsal dinner) and Saturday for your caterer on your wedding day.

Package 3:  $7,500

Packages 1 and 2 plus the use of the beautiful 2000 sq. foot log cabin as the groom’s quarters for the day of the event where the groomsmen can relax, watch ball games, and prepare to look their best in comfort.  Features a full kitchen with full refrigerator, three full baths and one powder room.

Package 4:  $8,000

Package 3 plus use of the Cabin overnight the evening of the event, which sleeps up to 8.

Package 5:  $5,000

Package 1 but must occur on a Friday or a Sunday.
